November was suposed to be this big kick off for 2010 and all the big plans I have in store. I did not take into account the volume of work that moving yourself into a new home creates. Thank god I have my parents around to help out. My Mom baked cookies and cleaned the floors, my Dad changed the locks and is going to help me put up drywall to finish the basement, and I made phone calls and polished paperwork. (and my son played with Lego's). While trying to get the phone hooked up we have made an astonishing discovery. The internet service we've been getting through our apartment is fast. Like really fast, European fast. Now we're totally baffled because we can't find another company that has internet speeds above 50mbps (We're cookin' 100mbps) that services residential. So I guess the question is relativity. Am I going to even notice that difference between 100 and 50 mbps? (or 30?) I guess I'm just going to have to find out.
